Method of Payment:
1 .PAYPAL - send money using paypal account, a secure method.  We do not handle your credit card details and so these are not in our records.

2. International cheques in major currencies accepted, subject to clearance in local bank. Material shipment after bank payment, takes at least 25 days.

All Invoices must be paid within 7 days of creation of invoice. After this period we reserve the right to cancel the orders.

Clearly mention invoice numbers with all orders to avoid delay.

Postage and Shipment:

FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. ENSURE MINIMUM EURO 15.00 ORDER.

Usually shipments are despatched within 5 days of payment, in case this process takes longer, the customer will be emailed.

All overseas order shipped by registered airmail.

All Inland orders are shipped by registered airmail or speedpost.

Preferably,  commemorative stamps are affixed on the cover

Refund policy:

Each product described as accurately as possible. Replacements if available or else refund, if returned within 10 days of receipt.
